Managed the end-to-end launch of 20+ new stores across NYC, from buildout and training to post-launch performance. Reduced store setup time by 50%, maintained 100% inventory accuracy at launch, and drove cross-functional coordination between ops, tech, and store leadership to ensure operational readiness and long-term success.

Founded an award winning CPG brand focused on functional mushroom seasonings, developed to bring adaptogens into everyday cooking. Created and launched a line of shelf-stable blends sold in 40+ specialty and natural retailers across the U.S. Led product development, brand positioning, and boutique retail distribution strategy—merging wellness trends with flavor innovation.

Founded and operated a wellness-forward café offering plant-based, gluten-free, and Ayurvedic-inspired food and beverages. Developed the full menu—including functional lattes, grain-free pastries, and locally sourced seasonal bowls—while managing daily operations, vendor partnerships, and team leadership. Hosted community-centered events like yoga & brunch sessions, donating all proceeds to a local dog rescue, and was recognized by Eater Portland for innovation in plant-based dining.
