ABOUT ME
WORK
Hi, I’m Ada — a creative strategist, global citizen, and an entrepreneur.
My journey has taken me from the world’s famous street food of Bangkok to the global culinary scene of New York City and the creative pulse of Los Angeles. Along the way, I’ve launched a restaurant and a food brand, led operations expansion at seven-figure startups, and crafted joyful experiences rooted in culture, connection, and curiosity.
At the heart of everything I do are three values: Passion, fueled by adventure and an insatiable curiosity. Purpose, rooted in creating meaningful work and offering value. Alignment, through connecting with like-minded people and building with intention.
I approach every project with both strategy and soul—grounded in heart-led decision-making and a desire to create with integrity, care, and impact. Whether I’m consulting on operations, developing growth strategy, or creating content with my goofy dog Nugget, I thrive at the intersection of strategy and creativity.
This space is a grateful reflection of the places I’ve been, the products I’ve built, the work I’ve been part of, and the people I’ve had the privilege to meet along the way.

Product Development & Manufacturing
The Vision
The name Wander comes from my relentless curiosity. As a culinary artist, I’ve always been drawn to creating something unique. Wander Foods was born from that spirit: a desire to bring adaptogens and functional mushrooms into everyday pantry staples. My mission was to make it easy—and delicious—for people to cook with ingredients that support both wellness and flavor.
The Product
Our flagship product, Magic Umami Sprinkles, was a mushroom-based all-purpose seasoning enriched with adaptogens. It elevated everything from roasted vegetables to rice bowls with an earthy, umami-rich kick—and a functional twist.
• Winner of a Shelfie Award in 2021
• Sold in 40+ retail stores across the U.S.
• Crafted with plant-based, clean-label ingredients
Launched during the pandemic, Wander Foods quickly found its audience among curious home cooks, wellness-conscious shoppers, and flavor seekers. Though it was a short-run venture, Wander was a powerful chapter—one that taught me how to lead with vision, experiment boldly, and follow my creative instincts wherever they take me.

The Vision
Wholism was featured in Eater Portland for its innovative approach to plant-based dining and community-centered mission—celebrated for serving beautiful, gluten-free, vegan food that didn’t compromise on flavor or values. Wholism was built on the belief that food, wellness, and connection can come together to create meaningful impact. It was a true team effort—brought to life by people who led with heart, intention, and collaboration.
The Food
As a founder, lover of life, and health enthusiast, I developed a menu rooted in inclusivity and care—100% plant-based, gluten-free, grain-free, and refined sugar-free.
We served Ayurvedic and botanical lattes like turmeric & saffron, spiced Bombay chai, and others, alongside thoughtfully prepared meals made with organic produce from Our Table Cooperative in Oregon’s Tualatin Valley. We proudly poured Brew Dr. Kombucha on tap and featured local products from Heybabe Vegan Cheese.
The Community
Wholism was powered by meaningful partnerships with mission-driven businesses like Yoga People, Fulcrum Fitness, EpiphanyCBD, and Family Dogs New Life Shelter. These gatherings turned the café into a space for mindfulness, movement, and mutual care
