Brand Operations Specialist

Managed U.S. and Canadian operations for a creator-led food brand, overseeing fulfillment, order flow, customer service, and inventory reconciliation. Built reporting systems and tracked operational costs to improve accuracy, efficiency, and visibility into performance. Partnered with vendors and 3PLs to resolve fulfillment issues and ensure compliant distribution. Drove merchandising and bundling strategies that increased average order value (AOV) and improved sell-through rates. Developed and executed data-driven product launch, pricing, and promotional strategies, contributing to seven-figure sales in the brand’s first year.

Created and launched a line of shelf-stable blends sold in 40+ specialty and natural retailers across the U.S. Led product development, brand positioning, and boutique retail distribution strategy—merging wellness trends with flavor innovation.
🌿 Wholism Cafe - Portland, OR
Founded and operated a wellness-forward café offering plant-based, gluten-free, and Ayurvedic-inspired food and beverages. Developed the full menu—including functional lattes, grain-free pastries, and locally sourced seasonal bowls—while managing daily operations, vendor partnerships, and team leadership. Hosted community-centered events like yoga & brunch sessions, donating all proceeds to a local dog rescue, and was recognized by Eater Portland for innovation in plant-based dining.
